How Health Coaching will benefit you

Health coaching is the process of putting your health first and being held accountable for making clear steps that will unlock  barriers that are holding you back, and allow you to live a life fulfilling your needs and desires.

The Circle of Life is our focal point as we move forward together. This allowing us to uncover how each of these categories influence each other and your overall health.

A bit about me

I’m a lover, giver, and cinnamon roll loving lady

 

There are few things I like more than rappelling into a desolate desert canyon

​

I have one older sister, Lindsay, we talk everyday 

​

Would gladly eat potatoes, salt, and butter at every meal 

​

I love to dance, sing, and move my body

​

Worked as a Canyoneering and Whitewater Rafting Guide in Utah for 2 seasons

​

Completed the Dead Horse Ultra 50miles, 7th place female and the Bears Ears Ultra 36miles 3rd place overall

​

Go to bed most nights with a good book in hand (or on my face) 

​

One winter I knit over 20 hats with huge pom poms on the top

​

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day - Waffles and butter

​​

​

Know my purpose is to encourage, uplift, educate, and connect with others

Health Consultation (free)

Wondering what your life could be like if you took clear steps towards your health with the accountability and support from a coach?

​

This is our chance to have a conversation together (via video or phone call), to talk about where you are currently and where you want to be, as well as a time for you to reflect on what ways in your life you are not being supported.

​

This is a noncommittal free first session, with a purpose to start the conversation about what is thriving and or lacking in your life. 

1:1 Coaching Program 6 months

We will work together, identifying the barriers that have held you back in the past, and move forward implementing realistic lifestyle shifts.

 

You will gain the knowledge on how to work with your body not against it, and unlock your true health through clear supported actions.

​

    Details:

  • The program length is 6 months and includes 12 sessions​​

  • Each session is every other week the same day and time for 50 min

  • Payment is automatically billed every month​ or 2 installments (month 1, and month 3) through Square invoices. 

​

While I would love to be able to perfectly describe this 6 month program for you, it is nearly impossible due to each program unfolding completely differently by the needs of each individual.

1:1 Personal Training Sessions 

Based out of Moab Utah

​

  • I have worked with children age 8 to adults up to 70 years old

  • My focus is total body fitness and injury prevention to allow you to continue an active outdoor life

  • Currently leading group conditioning classes through RIZE gym, and 1:1 sessions
