I’m a lover, giver, and cinnamon roll loving lady
There are few things I like more than rappelling into a desolate desert canyon

I have one older sister, Lindsay, we talk everyday

Would gladly eat potatoes, salt, and butter at every meal

Was a Chef for the LIV and Giant Cross Country World Cup Bike Teams

Worked as a commercial Canyoneering and Whitewater Rafting Guide in Utah and Pennsylvania

Ultrarunner, favorite races; Dead Horse Ultra 50miler 7th place female and the Bears Ears Ultra 36miler 3rd place overall

Go to bed most nights with a good book in hand (or on my face)

Increased focus on your priorities, better sleep, stronger relationships, finding your style of cooking, and creating joy around your form of movement, all through clear supported actions and accountability.

My coaching practice welcomes people of all genders—women, men, non-binary, and gender-diverse individuals.

6 month program and includes 12 sessions​​ (traditionally every other week, additional options to fit your schedule.)

Payment is automatically billed every month​ OR 2 installments (month 1, and month 3) through Square invoices. ​

Clientele includes people of all genders—women, men, non-binary, and gender-diverse individuals; youth athletes developing foundational skills, elite-level cyclists optimizing performance, and adult community members aged 18–70 seeking improved health, mobility, and strength.

My focus is total body strength and injury prevention to allow you to continue an active outdoor life

Currently leading group lifting classes through RIZE Training Studio, and 1:1 strength training sessions at the Moab Recreation Center
